RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can be refunded (excluding shipping costs), by returning the item (s) in their original packaging within 7 days of the date of receipt. date of delivery of your order, without penalty, with the exception of return costs. It is mandatory that you contact us beforehand (via the contact form) to facilitate the return of the product. This must be done in the same way as that used for the initial shipment of the order. Please enter your order number in the message. If you are eligible for a return, a shipping address will be provided to you by MTT Gear.

You will be refunded the full amount of the returned product and shipping costs paid upon purchase within 7 days of receipt of the order returned (excluding weekends, holidays and holiday or disaster periods). However, returns of products that are incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled are not taken back or reimbursed: you will lose your right of withdrawal and the product will be returned to you, at your expense. In the event of a return of a product forming part of an order comprising several articles, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

You can cancel your order at any time as long as it has not been processed. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. We are not responsible for any errors in your delivery address.

COMPLAINTS

In the event of a problem with an order, you have a period of 14 days after receipt of the order – or 30 days from the date of the order in the event of non-receipt thereof – to submit a demand. We will do our best to find an amicable solution.
